Shipping & Delivery

Tuck MY aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.


Order Tracking

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].


Free Delivery

We provide FREE delivery for all orders above RM88.00 (exclusive GST & Delivery charges) within Kiang Valley only.


Self-Collection Service

You may opt for self-collection method at:

59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (excluding public holidays)

You will receive an email with further instructions when your order is ready for collection. Orders MUST be collected within 10 working days from the date an order is placed. We reserve the right to forfeit the order and no refund will be provided if orders are not collected within 10 working days without providing a valid reason.
